ABOUT ME

Hiya, I’m Ness and I……absolutely love cooking….and feeding people, just like my late Mum! I have cooking in my blood, both my parents had restaurants when I grew up.

My professional background includes cheffing in backcountry lodges in the Canadian Rockies, commuting via helicopter, also, Private cheffing in ski chalets in the French Alps, teaching Food and Nutrition at High School Level and hosting popular Supper Club's in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Bristol and Weston Super Mare. I also held a pop-up kitchen in Bristol doing an innovative Tapas Roast, with a weekly changing menu.

I started a successful Middle Eastern takeaway from my flat during lockdown, in Ramsbottom, honing in on my Israeli heritage. More recently I consulted at a Taqueria in Derbyshire creating a small plates menu filled with authentic Mexican cuisine, having travelled extensively around Mexico, enjoyed cookery lessons and researched dishes from state to state....bringing all this research back to Manchester!

These days I’m enjoying a varied calendar of work; hosting Supper Club's, catering weddings, other private dining events and a fair bit of charity work with the likes of Eatwell Mcr, Suppher and Freedom from Torture. The Supper Clubs are within a range of varied venues, celebrating the diverse cuisines I love to champion; Eastern Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Central American, Italian and French.
